1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using C-kata ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to your use of c-kata.com, including account registration, access to coding exercises, purchases of CKC digital credits, and use of any paid or free platform functionality.

2. Description of Service

C-kata is an online educational platform providing coding practice and training in C programming. The Service includes coding exercises, programming challenges, automated task checks, progress tracking, and related educational content.
The Service is provided for educational and training purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, academic, employment, certification, or career advice.

3. User Accounts

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
You must not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide access to your account to another person.

4. Payment and CKC Digital Credits

4.1. CKC digital credits
The Service uses closed-loop digital credits known as CKC. CKC are used only inside c-kata.com to access paid platform functionality.
CKC are closed-loop digital credits. CKC are not cryptocurrency, are not an investment product, are not tradable, are not transferable between users, are not redeemable for cash or digital assets, and cannot be used outside c-kata.com.
CKC have no monetary value outside the Service and do not function as a payment instrument outside the C-kata platform. CKC may only be used to unlock access to tasks and paid features inside the Service.
CKC cannot be transferred between users, withdrawn, exchanged, resold, converted into cash, converted into digital assets, or shared with any other platform.
4.2. Purchases and pricing
Purchases of CKC are one-time digital-content purchases unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. C-kata does not charge recurring subscription fees unless a recurring plan is clearly presented and separately accepted by the customer before payment.
The payment page or Order Summary will show the total amount, currency, product description, delivery method, merchant name, and applicable payment method before the customer confirms payment.
Prices for CKC packages may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any pricing plan, CKC package, promotion, or paid feature, provided that this does not affect CKC digital credits that have already been purchased and delivered, except where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons.
4.3. Payment processing
Card payments and other supported payment methods are processed by approved third-party payment service providers. TECH HAVEN LIMITED does not store full card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, or sensitive authentication data on its own servers.
Payment data is transmitted through encrypted payment pages or secure payment integrations provided by the payment processor.
4.4. Digital delivery
CKC digital credits are delivered electronically to the customer's C-kata account after successful payment confirmation. Delivery is normally immediate.
In some cases, delivery may take additional time due to bank verification, payment processor checks, technical review, fraud screening, system maintenance, or other operational reasons.
CKC digital credits are not shipped physically and no postal delivery applies.
If CKC digital credits are not delivered after a successful payment, the customer should contact us at [email protected] and provide the account email, transaction date, amount, and payment reference.
4.5. Immediate delivery and cancellation rights
At checkout, you may be asked to request immediate delivery of CKC digital credits to your C-kata account.
By requesting immediate delivery, you acknowledge that CKC are digital content and that, once delivery begins, you may lose your statutory cancellation right, except where a refund is required by law or permitted under our Billing, Refunds & Chargeback Policy.
4.6. Refunds
CKC purchases are digital-content purchases and are generally final once CKC are successfully delivered to the customer's account.
Refunds may be granted only in the circumstances described in our Billing, Refunds & Chargeback Policy, including non-delivery, confirmed technical failure, duplicate billing, billing error, or where required by applicable law.
If CKC digital credits cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe after a successful payment, the customer may request cancellation of the purchase and a refund to the original payment method, subject to our Billing, Refunds & Chargeback Policy and applicable law.
4.7. Account closure and unused CKC
CKC digital credits do not expire while the user account remains active.
If a user voluntarily deletes their account, any unused CKC balance is permanently removed together with the account data, progress, and history. Unused CKC cannot be transferred to another user, withdrawn, converted into cash, exchanged for digital assets, or moved to any other platform.
If an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, access to the remaining CKC balance may also be terminated in accordance with these Terms. Refunds are available only where required by applicable law or in the circumstances described in our Billing, Refunds & Chargeback Policy.
